Peugeot 207 Star Performer
December 7th, 2009
After the Peugeot 207 lead sales in September the latest figures from the french car maker reveal new records for October, with no guesses for the star performer this time.
Peugeot are seeing new car sales 29% above compared to November 2008. Sales to private buyers were up 89% as a result of scrappage and winter deals across Peugeot’s range of new cars.
Overall sales growth for the Peugeot 207 is up 43% on the previous year. This is in part aided by it's new range of low emissions engines found in the 207 Economique which produces just 99g/km CO2 and £0.00 vehicle excise duty.
Peugeot 3008 sales exceed UK sales’ objectives
One month after its commercial launch in November 2009, the Peugeot 3008 has already exceeded the stated UK sales objective by over 125%. A total of 887 vehicles have already been sold.
The Peugeot 3008 is now on sale in the majority of European markets where to date 50,000 vehicles have been sold, 15% above the European volume objectives set by the Marque.
To further support 3008 sales in the UK until 31st December, the 3008 Active is now available with a 5.9% APR Passport deal with 0% deposit over 25, 31 or 37 months.
