I think green cars will go the way of green politics. Ten years ago if you wanted to vote eco-friendly you chose The Green Party. Now all political parties have green policies.

Most car manufacturers are now making eco-friendly cars as part of their standard range. Rather than a ‘green’ car or ‘a green car company’, ordinary cars will become ‘greener’.

Read the small print regarding the 5 year warranty, it does not cover normal wear and tear. You may cover very few miles but Hyundai always have the final say and if they say that the life of your failed component is less than five years you will be out of luck. You will not get a ruling on this until the work has been completed and you have paid the bill. Moreover if the fault, which appeared during the warranty period, is not successfully diagnosed or the work not completed for any reason before the five year deadline you will be out of luck.
This is a misleading scam which should be addressed by the Office of Fair Trading. Hyundai basically make up the rules as they go along.

green cars are the future. it’s a shame the green ones are usually not so pleasing on the eye. this one is a step in the right direction. not bad at all.
